Making for a Thanksgiving fiasco in which they'll certainly never forget, things turned ugly at the home of Halle Berry on Thursday morning (November 22).
The Oscar winning beauty's tumultuous Turkey Day came to be thanks to a nasty confrontation between her current fiance, Olivier Martinez, and her baby daddy/former beau, Gabriel Aubry.
According to a report from TMZ, both men sustained injuries and were taken to the emergency room after the fight, which is said to have ensued after Canadian model Aubry showed up at the actress' Los Angeles home to drop off he and Berry's daughter, Nahla.
While it's unclear what ignited the altercation, insiders tell that punches were thrown after Martinez told Aubry, "We have to move on," in reference to Halle's ongoing custodial feud with her ex-lover.
Not escaping unscathed, Gabriel was left with a broken rib and contusions on his face while Martinez is believed to have broken his hand and injured his neck.
Martinez allegedly made a citizen's arrest for battery against Aubry when cops arrived at the scene, with a judge quickly being summoned to issue an emergency restraining order banning Aubry from coming withing 300 feet of his ex and her family.
