Stepping out for another day at the Cannes Film Festival, Tilda Swinton was on hand for the photocall for her latest film “Only Lovers Left Alive” on Saturday (May 25) in Cannes, France.
The “Moonrise Kingdom” star wore white pants and a navy blue coat as she posed by herself and with her co-stars for the waiting photographers.
Known for her work in both arthouse and mainstream films, the British actress portrays Eve, a vampire who has been in love with fellow vamp Adam for centuries.
With the rise of the vampire genre in movies and television over the past several years, Ms. Swinton spoke about the unique opportunity for “Only Lovers Let Alive” to reinvent things once again.
She commented, "There's a feeling of beautiful luxury about approaching this kind of portrait, because you can come with a Martian's-eye view... We were able to create our own lexicon.”
