Jay-Z, Beyonce Rumored to Perform at Royal Wedding Reception

There are whispers on the web this week that Jay-Z and wifey Beyonce will perform at the reception following the royal wedding. Things sure have come a long way from tea and crumpets. In my unrefined America eyes, a royal wedding is a white glove event, complete with pinkies poking out, and servants standing by with towels draped over their arms. Needless to say I nearly did a spit take with my coffee when I read that a self-made man, born in the slums of Brooklyn, could potentially be invited to entertain one of the most highbrow crowds in the world Friday. For some reason all I can picture is the queen standing in front of a stage, waving her hands from side to side. Yeah, it?s a priceless mental picture, and if you believe British tabloid The Daily Star, it could be a reality.
