Getting pampered up to kick off the weekend, Vanessa Hudgens did some mother-daughter bonding at the nail salon in Studio City, CA on Friday (August 26).
The two lovely ladies first grabbed up a thirst-quenching Jamba Juice, which they enjoyed while getting their nails prettied up amidst a bit of gossiping.
The outing comes as Miss Hudgens led fans to a big announcement during the course of the day, as she tweeted, "Hey guys! BIG NEWS! Candies just revealed on twitter some really exciting news about my plans this weekend! Go see the news!"
As for the news, the Candies Twitter page post read, "BREAKING NEWS! Vanessa Hudgens is going to the @MTV VMA's with @Candiesbrand!!! See you all Sunday :) #VMAnessa"
