They always do their best to give back to the community, and Hilary and Haylie Duff were on-hand at the Los Angeles Mission in Los Angeles, California on Saturday afternoon (August 27).
The lovely sisters joined up with Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa and a handful of fellow do-gooder celebs in doling out gifts and meals to the less fortunate during the LA Mission's 75th anniversary end of summer block party.
Tweeting about the charitable plans prior to event kickoff, Hilary happily wrote, "Excited to head downtown to the la mission event today with @HaylieK such a great cause!We will be handing out backpacks w/ school supplies!"
During the course of the day, the Duff darlings also squeezed in a little shopping time - as the pair browsed the offerings at local boutiques to pick up a few items for Hilary's baby-on-the-way.
