Making a final court appearance this Thursday, Lindsay Lohan just might be able to leave her troubled past behind as her probation officer dismissed the accusation of a "hit and run".
The 25-year-old was said to have hit Thaer Kamal - the manager of a Hookah Lounge - with her Porsche, but probation department sources tell TMZ that, although the incident was mentioned in a report, no charges have been filed and Lindsay has not been arrested.
In part, the probation report reads, "The probationer (Lindsay) is in compliance with the terms and conditions of probation."
Judge Stephanie Sautner has said she will terminate probation for the Beverly Hills DUI case if LiLo remains in compliance until her last court appearance and will also change her probation status from formal to informal - which means no more court appearances.
The probation report also shows that Lindsay has not finished all of her community service hours or counseling, but she's scheduled to get everything taken care of before this week's court date.
