Sunny Hilary Duff Visits Beverly Hills

Looking colorful and cheery, Hilary Duff was seen out and about in Beverly Hills today (August 22).

The "Lizzie McGuire" star wore a sunny yellow blazer, gray shirt, blue jeans, and green pumps as she made her way around the city.

Earlier this month, the former Disney Channel star announced on Twitter that she would be returning to television. She tweeted on August 13th, " Ok it's official! Very excited about my development deal with 20th century fox!! t.v. here I come! :)."

A rep for 20th Century Fox confirmed, telling Entertainment Weekly that the 24-year-old signed a one-year deal to develop a half-hour sitcom that she will produce and star in. If the show doesn't catch on, the company can also cast her in another sitcom or drama pilot.
