Aly & AJ Michalka TV Series On The Way

Fox has acquired a new TV series starring the sister duo of Aly & AJ Michalka.  Get the details on the comedy below. Deadline has dropped the news that the Fox Network has bought a new comedy vehicle that would feature former 78violet singers and actors Aly and AJ Michalka. The series is described as a 30 minute comedy project that would chronicle the sisters and their independent adventures after they move out on their own until their mother quickly changes the girl’s new found freedom when she moves in with them. Together the former Disney duo would co-star in the yet to be titled project that comes from writers Matt Dearborn and Adam Goldberg.  Both Aly and AJ Michalka will serve as co-producers on the Fox series. Aly and AJ have since tweeted their excitement over returning to TV together, “We could not be more excited with the possibility of being able to make our dream show together. Now…onto making a kick ass pilot script!” More details should be on the way. Since making their mark together in Disney’s TV movie ‘Cow Belles’, AJ and Aly have been appearing in an array of film and television projects ever since.  [...]
