He’s never been one for a squeaky clean image, and yesterday (June 11) 2 Chainz reinforced his thug persona by getting arrested at LAX International Airport.
The popular rapper was found to be carrying marijuana and a bottle of codeine cough syrup after authorities rifled through his checked baggage.
And though 2 Chainz was already on the plane, the cops boarded the aircraft and escorted him off. He was arrested and taken to the LAPD Pacific Division Jail.
The rapper (real name Tauheed Epps) has been charged with possession of a controlled substance and will have to appear in court at a subsequent date. Stay linked to the GossipCenter for updates on 2 Chainz’s arrest.
