Lindsay Lohan Court Drama: Fashion Fail

Sure, Lindsay Lohan deserves a real fashion fail for many of her outfits and hair styles — especially that inappropriate number she wore to court a while back. But this time around it’s just for being so stinking irresponsible. Yes, I know, that’s just her style, but at some point this is all going to catch up to her. As you may know, she was recently in court after being accused of, among a bunch of other things, lying to police. That could have easily given her jail time. Experts say that she could have easily served six months in jail. The biggest fail of all was that prosecutors tried to give her a break. She was offered a plea deal to avoid jail time — and at first she denied it! Finally, in a sudden turn around, she has agreed to goto rehab for 90 days. That came after she missed her flight to be in court on time and had to take a private jet to get there. Now that she came around on the plea deal, it’s anybody’s guess if she will report on time, or even take it seriously. That would be a major fail.
