Jack Black Rocks the 2013 Film Independent Spirit Awards

Always up for a smashing good time, Jack Black headed over to the 2013 Film Independent Spirit Awards in Santa Monica this evening (February 23).

The “Bernie” star was all smiles as he greeted fellow famous folks outside the beach tent ahead of the main event.

Hosted by Andy Samberg, the Spirit Awards promises to be an evening of laughs, triumph and plenty of beautiful people vying for trophies.

Along with the Tenacious D rocker, Best Male Lead hopefuls include Bradley Cooper, John Hawkes, Thure Lindhardt, Matthew McConaughey, and Wendell Pierce.
