Ready to start their weekend, Sarah Michelle Gellar picked her daughter Charlotte up from school in Santa Monica, CA this afternoon (October 19).

The 35-year-old mother looked fantastic in a black top with green pants as she carried her adorable little girl back to their home.

Miss Gellar looks fantastic just one month after giving birth to her and hubby Freddie Prinze Jr.’s little boy.

As previously reported by GossipCenter, the Hollywood lovers welcomed their son back in September.
