Florence + The Machine Takes the 2012 BRIT Awards Stage

Joining in on the UK music celebration, Florence Welch took the stage at the 2012 BRIT Awards in London on Tuesday night (February 21).

Wearing a gorgeous Alexander McQueen dress, the 25-year-old and her 'The Machine' band treated the sold-out O2 Arena crowd to a rendition of their latest single "No Light, No Light".

Also among the nominees, Florence + The Machine was up for Best British Female Solo Artist, though the trophy ended up going to Adele.

The Indie pop band is also among the esteemed contenders for the Mastercard British Album of the Year - with the winner still yet to be announced.
