Michael Jackson Death Photo Shown in Manslaughter Trial

Prosecutors opened the manslaughter trial of Conrad Murray with a photo of Michael Jackson?s lifeless body. The image has zipped around the web like fire today, showing that the wounds are still fresh from his untimely death. Jurors were able to see the picture, which shows MJ laying on his back on a hospital bed, with some sort of tubing going into his nose or mouth. He looks pretty stiff to me, with his mouth open and a sheet pulled halfway up his body. What I find strange is that it looks like he is in a hospital gown. Didn?t he die before reaching the hospital? If so, did they change him and put tubes in his mouth post mortem? That certainly wouldn?t make sense to me. The photo was just the beginning. Apparently the prosecution also played a bizarre audio recording of MJ talking about his This Is It Tour. The point was to show that he didn?t suddenly make a turn for the worst right before his death, but that he was out of it more than a month before.
