The ?Georgia Rule? babe stepped outside Gjelina restaurant on Abbot Kinney in Venice, California for a smoke break when a cute looking guy came over and began chatting with her.
LiLo was clearly flattered by the attention, though she didn?t end up leaving with the gentleman caller. Instead Lindsay headed home after a couple of hours.
And it was just announced that Lindsay?s father Michael Lohan just had his domestic violence charges dropped. Papa Lohan?s accuser Kate Major reportedly failed to show up at the trial and could not be located.
