"Motley Crue" frontman Vince Neil has officially been charged with misdemeanor domestic violence and disorderly conduct for allegedly striking his ex-girlfriend in the chest with his finger in Vegas last month.
According to court documents filed last week in Clark County, Nevada, Vince committed a crime by "forcing his way into the Shimmer lounge while a performance was occurring" and poking three people with his right index finger ... each time stating the words, "f**k you."
One of the alleged victims in the incident is Neil's ex-love Alicia Jacobs, who told cops she was "forcefully poked in her right shoulder blade."
The other two alleged poking victims in the ordeal are journalist John Katsilometes and Patricia McCrone, who happens to be Wayne Newton's sister-in-law.
