Wisely taking care of her own health, Jessica Alba headed to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Beverly Hills on Monday (November 26).
The "Sin City" star wore a black dress, long black vest, black stockings, and gray boots as she headed inside.
Recently, the 31-year-old actress has been taking advantage of the busy holiday shopping season to promote supporting small businesses.
Last week she tweeted, "I'm going to #shopsmall in support of Small Business Saturday this weekend. RT and share where you're going to @ShopSmall #adv." Of course the savvy entrepreneur also took the opportunity to plug her own brand of natural and eco-friendly family products, The Honest Company.

Getting ready to release her new studio album, Alicia Keys sat down with ABC's Cynthia McFadden on "Nightline" to discuss her music and her little man.
"Girl on Fire" is the hit title track and a song the 31-year-old singer feels she embodies well, as she told McFadden, "The song, you know, it came from a feeling. This feeling of, kind of finding my own space and my own place to be myself, my own full self. Love it or hate it, whatever the case, here I am and here's me. I'm more excited about this album than I've ever been for any record ever."
As for her 2-year-old son, Egypt Daoud Dean, Keys says he can be heard on the track "When It's All Over."
"It's so beautiful, because the chorus goes 'When they lay me down and put my soul to rest, when they ask me how I spent my life, at least I got to love you.' And that I feel about my husband, that I feel about son," Alicia said.
Asked if she and husband Kaseem Dean (otherwise known as hip-hop producer Swizz Beatz) plan on more children, the answer was upbeat.
"I would love to have some more, definitely one more for sure," Miss Keys said with a smile. "At least one more, but I have to finish this album, I have to finish this tour, I have to finish this stuff first because-- the juggle, is something."
"Girl on Fire" is scheduled to hit stores on November 26.

<P>Music fans the world over can mark June 25, 2009 as one of those eerie days that force them to recall exactly what they were doing in the moments before they heard tragic news. <a href="http://www.mtv.com/news/articles/1614744/michael-jackson-dies-at-50.jhtml">Michael Jackson died</a> that day, at the age of 50, and the world was not ready to see him go.</P><P>No entertainer could ever fill the void that MJ left behind, but his memory has not faded in the three years that he's been gone. The mind-blowing mashup of dance and acrobatics, set to MJ's music, was an immediate hit, and the 65 artists who trained intensely for their performances did not take their responsibilities lightly. When <a href="http://www.mtv.com/news/articles/1682612/michael-jackson-immortal-world-tour.jhtml">MTV News caught up with</a> one of the dancers backstage, following a performance set to "Danger," he admitted that the entire production was deeply emotional, and that if MJ could see the show, "he would feel such a sense of pride of what he has given us to work with."</P><P><strong>Jackson tops fans' hologram wish list</strong></P><P>Tupac's hologram appearance at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in April set off a firestorm of speculation about which deceased entertainer we could expect to see onstage next. "Before I got in the booth, [Rodney Jerkins] showed me this hour-long video of Michael [Jackson] footage, never been seen before. It's Michael's personality, him in the booth dancing. Out for a night on the town, Paris Hilton and River Viiperi arrived at the Lure nightclub in Hollywood on Saturday (November 24).
The hotel heiress smoldered in a short, black long-sleeved dress, with a sheer section showing off some cleavage, fishnet stockings, and shades, while her model boyfriend chose a casual look in a white T-shirt, gray zip-up sweatshirt, and blue jeans.
Recently, the 31-year-old former reality star sparked controversy by opening a handbag store in the Saudi Arabian city of Mecca.
Noting Paris' 2003 sex tape, some Saudis have called the move an "insult" to the holy city, where Muslims flock annually for a pilgrimage. Meanwhile, Ms. Hilton has not responded to the controversy, tweeting simply, "Loving my beautiful new store that just opened at Mecca Mall in Saudi Arabia!"

Spending the holiday weekend hard at work overseas, Tom Cruise filmed "All You Need is Kill" in Trafalgar Square in London on Sunday (November 25).
The "Mission Impossible Star" looked handsome in his dark green military officer's uniform as he shot some scenes on the ground and then went up in a helicopter.
In the sci-fi action flick, Tom stars as a soldier fighting in a war with aliens who finds himself caught in a time loop of his last day in the battle, though he becomes better skilled along the way.
If the 50-year-old actor seemed to have more pep in his step, it may be because he recently got a visit from his 6-year-old daughter Suri, who he reportedly hadn't seen in person for months.
